Enrollment Services is also home to the Registrar. Everything pertaining to your official student record is maintained by the Registrar. The privacy of your student records is governed by the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

The Registrar also maintains the official dates in the academic calendar, course and exam schedules, and all registration information.

The Office of the Registrar is committed to supporting the mission and educational programs of Oglethorpe University by making available continuously improving services through a dedicated staff and improved, efficient processes that ensure the accuracy ,integrity, confidentiality and security of institutional educational records. We support and assist in the implementation, enforcement and monitoring of the University’s academic and administrative policies regarding academic information, and we collaborate with all University constituents in a manner based on the principles of civility, respect, fairness, good stewardship and a commitment to excellence.
